Yasu and I held a lunch reception in Nagoya last June. I was so excited to see our names on the event board.
We had food from Ka-un restaurant and it was amazing.
It was a great lunch. I got to meet Yasu’s closed relatives. Thankful to my mother-in-law who helped to make the arrangement. It was really nice to have a small group so we can interact with everyone.
One of the relatives came all the way from Kumamoto. I asked Yasu if we need to provide any gift in return. My mother-in-law arranged it too. I still wanted to do something so I got my instant camera. We took instant pictures with all the guests and present them as a gift. Hope they liked it.

We were picking gifts for Yasu’s mom & dad & wrote “Thank you” card.
Can’t wait to head back to Japan again in 2 weeks time. I will spend my first Japanese New Year as a Tamaki member. I am looking forward to it.
We also need to head back to Jakarta next year to meet my relatives.
