I had back injury 4 years ago and things were never the same again. I have to make more effort to stay healthy and ensure healthy back. It does not help with long working hours at work, sitting down.
Firstly, I had to go to chiropractic sessions weekly. I was advised to swim and it helped.
However, I am someone who gets bored with repetitive exercise. Hence, I decided to try yoga again. I like yoga boutique studios because of the ambiance and the flexibility of payments. I can choose to pay per class price or 10 classes etc.
Unlike gyms, they expect you to sign up for 2 years contract which does not allow one having the options to try out other gyms or studios. Also with the recent cases of international gyms closing down in Singapore, I would like to have the flexibility to change studio when I want to.
As usual, I did google search and came across Yoga Movement. I started to attend lessons from 1st April 2016.
Initially, I attended maximum of 2 classes per week. Once I got the hang of yoga, I attended 4 times a week. I was also trying to tone up for my wedding.

| No/Type | Hot | Non Hot |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Basics | Basics |

|---|---|---|
| Beginner | Basic | Basic |
| Intermediate | Core | Core |
| Intermediate | Power | Power |
| Beginner | Zen | |
| Advance | Power Flow | |
| Advance | Monster Hot (90 minutes) |
Since I am beginner level, I usually attend hot basics (60 minutes) or monster hot when I feel like doing 1.5 hours of yoga instead. All the classes are 60 minutes except for Monster Hot. Sometimes when I feel more energized and tone up, I would take hot core.
When I just want to stretch, I will take zen.

Everyone has their preference. Below are my preference.
I enjoy my yoga classes with Yoga Movement because of:

After 8 months of yoga, I got more flexible and no backache. I guess I will keep yoga-ing.
