What’s baking?
Took this class from Mixing Bowl while I was pregnant last year. The class was 3 hours long and cost HKD 550. If you are interested, please click the link to their website. Highly recommended.
I did not take any pictures during the class or at the end because my end product was not so presentable. I was trying hard not to puke too.
Never into sweet stuff but this is good. My husband loved it.
Staying at home for months has changed me. Besides cleaning up the house, I decided to bake too.

This is my first time baking it at home. I just remembered I need to egg wash them to keep them tight…
I will make more over the weekend for my husband and his team.
I had another the next day with mugicha (barley tea). I started to drink mugicha more often when I was pregnant because it is caffeine-free. Besides, it is easy to make and served cold.

If I keep baking more often, I might get a mixer. Wonder how long I can keep up with this.
