After class thoughts:
- Mantou (Chinese Steamed Buns) & Peach Buns
I like the peach bun as it had red bean and black sesame paste
- Spicy Pork & Vegetable Stir-Fry
The pork was quite tender and the sauce was well balanced.
- Soup Chawanmushi (Savory Steamed Egg Custard)
The chawamushi could have been better. It was overheated hence the egg was not custard texture
- Cucumbers Pickled in Sweet Vinegar
It was okay.
I think I would make the spicy pork at home. I will just buy the buns.
