1. Spaghetti with White Bolognese Sauce & Spring Vegetables
2. Shrimp & Pomelo Salad
3. Two Kinds of Fruit Tart: Strawberry & Pomelo
The pasta was good. I would make adjustment to the cooking time of the pasta as I do not like it too soft.
My husband love the salad.
The tarts were delicious. Pomelo tart was really refreshing.
Overall, very easy to make. I can do this for house party.
I have taken 53 cooking classes with ABC Cooking Studio Hong Kong since April 2017. So within 2 years, I think I have learn quite a fair bit of cooking. I have finally decided to get the cooking license so I can get the access to all the recipes.
I want to be able to cook more often at home so my husband and I can enjoy time together instead of eating out.
Maybe I should setup another blog, solely for cooking and sharing some recipes. I felt my blog has too many topics. I have from traveling, cooking, working out and learning languages.
Anyway, highly recommend ABC Cooking Studio if you like to learn basic Japanese cooking.
