After class thoughts:
1.Deep-Fried Horse Mackerel with Tartar Sauce
The hardest part because I had to scale the fish, remove the innards and cut it. It was bloody.
2. Pumpkin Stew with Thick Minced-Meat Sauce
3. Octopus & Cucumber in Vinegar Dressing
4. Miso Soup with Pork & Vegetables
Overall, it was good. I will just buy fish filet, not going to “handle” a whole fish.
