Wagashi is the traditional sweets in Japan which is rich in history and culture.
I have recently signed up for Wagashi Course and looking forward to my first class.
Class 1: Maccha Roll (Completed)
Class 2: Nerikiri (Completed)
Class 3: Sakura-mochi (Completed)
Class 4: Kuri-manju (Completed)
Class 5: Kinton-Igaguri & Satsumaimo (Completed)
Class 6: Mizuyokan to Wakaayu
Will update once I attend the classes.
