1. Breaded & Deep-Fried Cutlets (Cheese & Plain) were juicy
2. Mandarin-Orange Daifuku was good
3. Red Miso Soup with White Radish was too salty to my liking
4. Lotus Root & Pumpkin with Yuzukosho was okay
I will make it at home for sure.
