Have been eating out more often than usual as COVID-19 situation got better and restrictions on dinning out have been eased.
Food was good but service could be better. They missed out one of our orders and told them to cancel but they served it anyway. No one attended to us for food ordering and the bill took 15 minutes before a staff actually went to settle the bill.
Everyone seemed to be working solo instead of a team.
Did not see any other Japanese except my husband. That’s how we judge if the place is authentic. The food is good but the service is below expectation.
