When you miss food that you have been having for almost 3 decades of your life… What do you do? I was searching how to make it myself but found there is “Cook It Yourself” Ban Mian in Hong Kong!
What are the odds?
Ban Mian is my soul food. I used to have it at least once a week and it cost only SGD 4.
Fete Up Hong Kong is selling them for HKD 100, for a set of 2. I guess it’s very reasonable in Hong Kong.
We have ordered it a few times. Recently was told that they will be opening a restaurant selling Ban Mian!
Excited for the opening. I shall wait for it.
