Visit Shinatatsu Ramen Alley if you are in Tokyo. It is located at Shinagawa Station. There are 7 ramen shops in the area.
I recommend you to try Keisuke Ramen. Below is the menu. (Closed down in 2017)
This was what I had,トントロ炙りチャーシュー黒極み (¥1,000).
What my husband had, 黒味噌魚介つけ麺 (¥890).
They are very thoughtful. Paper aprons are provided just in case you get some soup on yourself. My husband as a model. I love his mono-lids.
Anyway, what you see on the menu is what you get. We went in June 2015. During my previous January trip, they were having renovation. I couldn’t get to taste it again. It will only be completed in May 2016. Just take note.
