Managed to find this restaurant, Sant Pau.
Carme Ruscalleda is from Spain. One of her restaurants received 3 Michelin 3-stars in 2006.

She was a housewife before becoming a chef. That was interesting and made us want to visit the restaurant.

We went for dinner.

What is interesting is that all the dishes are inspired by novels. Most of the novels are made into musicals. Hence, people to love books or musicals will enjoy the dinner.
The waiter/waitress will explain each dish after serving. Take time to enjoy each dish. It was about 3.5 hours dinner for us.

We did wine pairing. I had only 4 glasses, husband did 7 glasses. We were not able to do full wine pairing.
Me, very drunk with 2 glasses in…

My iPhone did not do justice to the food but I shall post anyway.
