Made this from a recipe book I got from Japan. Took a few attempts to get it right. It is simple to make. No buckwheat. People with buckwheat allergy can try this.
Mixture (4 pieces)
80g cake flour
20g bread flour
200ml of milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp of salt
Mixture has to be done the night before
Savoury items (per portion)
1 egg
Cheddar Cheese
2 slice of ham
