French Cooking Class – Chef Rene-Etienne @ Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

Had to learn some proper French cooking. ABC Cooking Studio is good but it is still very Japanese when it comes to Western cooking.

My awesome friend found this place and we decided to give it a try.

Soup of the Day


Main – Seared Jumbo Scallop with Truffle Risotto, lemon butter sauce & basil  (Hand-on)


Dessert – Crêpe Suzette (Hand-on)


It was a 2.5 hour class with 4 students. We were told the recipe will be sent to us but still waiting for it. Hahaha…

Food was good. The chef was kind to provide us with white wine, on the house.
