串バル シゲール Kushibaru Shigeru @ Nagoya, Japan

We always visit Nagoya because it is nearer to head back to Gifu, my husband’s hometown. We met up with our friends in Nagoya, who used to study in Singapore. They introduced us to this place and I am in love with the food. We went back last year for our Christmas dinner.

It is Japanese Spanish casual restaurant.

We sat at the counter, sipping on our sangria

The food was reasonable and  delicious. My husband was surprised that I wanted to have our Christmas dinner here. I don’t need fancy. We spent about SGD 80 for our Christmas dinner. It was a great dinner.

Give it a try if you are in Nagoya. There’s plenty of seats and they open till the wee hours.

Try to look for this building. It’s on the 2nd floor.
